A unique program that represents our approach to wellness.  Local food, yoga, massage, and cooking to foster health! If you are interested in changing your life then you'll want to take the Whole Body Approach!  

PROGRAM  INCLUDES:​

10 weeks of Fresh, Local, Organically Grown Food

​One 1 hour Yoga Class

​One 15 minute Mini Massage

​One 1 hour Cooking Class

Weekly Recipes & Storage Tips

Minimum of 10 participants are required.  This program can take place at a workplace, a private home, a business... Get in touch and we'll make it happen!
